What we collect
Only what you type into an enquiry form: your name, a phone number and/or email address, and whatever details you give us about the stay or holiday home you’re asking about.
We don’t use tracking cookies, advertising pixels or third-party analytics on this site. There’s no cookie banner because there’s nothing to consent to.
Why we hold it
So we can answer you. Your enquiry goes into the park’s own management system, which is how we keep track of who’s asked what and make sure nobody gets missed.
Who else sees it
Nobody outside the park. We don’t sell, rent or share your details for marketing. The only third parties involved are the technical services that host this website and its database on our behalf, and they only process the data to provide that hosting.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while they’re useful — an active enquiry, or a record of a stay or purchase we may need to refer back to. If you’d like yours removed, ask and we’ll remove it.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Ring 01282 813067 and we’ll sort it out.
